Excellent Food
First visit since the refurbishment looks really up market and very roomy. The new bar is very good and bar area very open and roomy. The food was very good service was attentive and quick, I had the lemon sole which was that good I could have had seconds but succumb to the sticky toffee pudding. Highly recommend a visit

Great location, comfortable and friendly staff
Booked Melbreak for a short stay in the north lakes. Great location for Cockermouth, Whitehaven, Keswick and the north lakes. Very comfortable and clean rooms and good food. The friendliness of staff and caring customer service deserves special mention.
